Perfection Commercial Services began in 1991 when founder Laura Kujawa started cleaning a local business herself, building the company on hard work, accountability, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Today, more than 35 years later, Laura remains Owner and CEO, continuing to lead PCS with the same hands-on approach and unwavering standards that shaped the company from day one.

Until 2025, every step of PCS’s growth came organically—driven by customer trust, long-standing relationships, and consistently delivering results. In 2025, PCS strategically expanded through the acquisition of an established janitorial company in Lansing, Michigan, strengthening our ability to serve clients across the region without compromising the service standards that define our brand.

Today, PCS delivers tailored commercial cleaning programs for offices, healthcare facilities, industrial operations, manufacturing plants, educational campuses, data centers, and other high-performance environments where cleanliness, safety, and consistency matter.
